Chamonix
At the foot of Mont Blanc, Chamonix offers one of the best high-mountain cocktails of the world. The mighty mount is a huge attraction in and of itself. Its spectacular scenery, some of the most extreme sites ever viewed, and its challenging ski areas make a perfect mix.

The Chamonix valley cuts deeply through Europe's highest mountains and glaciers. The views are stunning and the runs are everything really tough runs should be - not only steep, but high and long. If you like your snow and scenery on the wild side, give Chamonix a try. But be warned: there are those who try it and never go home - lots of them.

Pointe Isabelle (2-Star)
Hotel Pointe Isabelle Located in the center of Chamonix, close to the train station, pedestrian areas, dining and shopping, the Pointe Isabelle is a charming, family-run, bed and breakfast style hotel. The hotel has views of Mont Blanc on one side and the Br?vant range and the Aiguilles on the other AND the bus stops right out front, what could be better? The 39 rooms have private baths/shower, WC, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar and balcony (except for single rooms).
